About this product
The Intech Behemoth Oversized Fairway Wood is a right-handed club available as a 3-wood (16° loft) or 5-wood, featuring a high MOI design for forgiveness. It has a graphite shaft with regular flex, a wood head, and a blue color scheme. The club is designed for mid-high launch and spin, and comes as a single unit.
Our take
The Behemoth's oversized head and high MOI are its main selling points, promising forgiveness on off-center hits—a boon for high-handicappers. The graphite shaft and regular flex help generate launch, while the mid-high spin aids in holding greens. However, the trade-off is that the oversized head may feel bulky to better players who prefer workability. The 16° loft on the 3-wood is strong, which could be challenging for slower swing speeds. This fairway wood is ideal for golfers seeking maximum forgiveness and distance from the fairway, but those with faster swings might find it too forgiving and lacking in control.
